Besteck Gegrillter Fisch

Gegrillter Fisch

800 g Fisch (nach Belieben, zum Beispiel Lachs oder Rotbarsch)
Für die Marinade
2 St Zwiebeln
1 Prise Salz
4 EL Olivenöl
4 EL Zitronensaft
1/2 TL Pfeffer
4 St Lorbeerblätter
1/2 Bund Petersilie

Den Fisch waschen und abtropfen lassen.

Für die Marinade die Zwiebeln und Petersilie hacken, mit Öl, Zitronensaft, Salz und Pfeffer verrühren. Fisch mit der Marinade bestreichen, je ein Lorbeerblatt dazu geben und etwa zwei Stunden kalt stellen.

Grillrost mit der Marinade einpinseln, Fische darauf legen und je nach Größe zehn bis 20 Minuten von beiden Seiten grillen. Die gegrillten Fische mit etwas Petersilie garnieren.
