Besteck Kartoffelsalat ohne Mayo

für eine groooße Schüssel


2 große Kochtöpfe voll festkochender Kartoffeln(ungeschält) kochen.

In der Zwischenzeit 2 kleine Zwiebeln kleinschneiden(Frühlingszwiebeln sind hier auch eine tolle Idee,dann aber mehr als 2 *gg*)

in eine extra Schüssel 2 große Schlangengurken(Salatgurken) schälen,hauchdünn schneiden,salzen und ziehen lassen.

Nach dem Abgießen die Kartoffeln pellen und in nicht zu dünne Scheiben oder Stücke schneiden.

Dann Kartoffeln+(abgegossene) Gurken und Zwiebeln vermischen .
Ich mische hier auch gerne noch frische Kräuter unter.
Zum Schluss mit 2-3 Bechern Schmand vermengen.
Oben auf ein bißchen Paprikapulver sieben.
