Besteck Saftige Muffins

Saftige Muffins
mit Quark, Buttermilch und Joghurt, für Figurbewusste

50 g Butter (Halbfett-)
10 g Zucker
5 g Süßstoff
1 Ei(er)
150 ml Buttermilch
200 g Quark
100 g Joghurt, 1,5%
1 Pck. Puddingpulver (Vanille)
1 EL Backpulver
1 TL Natron
200 g Mehl
1 Apfel
1 Buttervanille-Aroma
1 Prise Salz
1 Spritzer Zitronensaft, evtl.


Mehl, Puddingpulver, Backpulver, Natron, Salz und Zucker miteinander vermischen und beiseite stellen.

Quark, Joghurt, Buttermilch, Ei, Süßstoff, Vanillearoma, Zitronensaft, flüssige Butter und geriebenen Apfel zu einem flüssigen Teig vermischen und langsam die trockenen Zutaten unterschlagen.

Den Teig in Förmchen füllen und nach Belieben verzieren. Den Backofen auf 180°C vorheizen und die Muffins 20 Minuten darin backen.

Tipp: Trockene und flüssige Zutaten immer getrennt voneinander vermischen, dann werden die Muffins besonders gut.
