Besteck Geflügelsuppe mit Reis und Curry

Zutaten für 4 Portionen

250 g Hähnchenbrustfilet
1 TL Sojasoße
2 EL Apfelsaft
600 ml Geflügelbrühe
50 g Basmatireis
Salz,Peffer
Currypulver

Zubereitung

Hähnchenbrust in Würfel schneiden und in Sojasoße und Apfelsaft marenieren.
Brühe aufkochen, Reis abwaschen und in die kochende Brühe geben und bei
schwacher Hitze 15 Minuten quellen lassen. Marinierte Hähnchenstücke mit
der Marinade in die Brühe geben. Das Fleisch bei schwacher Hitze gar ziehen.
Wenn es nötig ist, Wasser hinzufügen. Suppe mit Gewürzen abschmecken.

Luder, Du machst uns ja hier immer ganz schön den Mund wässrig !
Liest sich immer sehr interessant und ich werde ganz sicher ab und zu mal ein paar Dinge nachkochen.
