Besteck Gemüsesuppe mit Würstchen

2-3 Portionen

200 g Suppengemüse TK oder frisch
2 Msp Paprikapulver
1 EL Öl
80 g Spätzle
1 Packung(en) Tomatensuppe Toscana
2 Stk. Wienerwürstchen, fettarm
(alternativ: Geflügelwürstchen)
1 Prise(n) Salz
1 Prise(n) Pfeffer
1 EL Petersilie
1 EL Oregano
600 ml Wasser

Zubereitung von Gemüsesuppe mit Würstchen
1. Suppengemüse mit Paprikapulver in einem Topf in heißem Öl unter Wenden dünsten. Wasser zugießen und aufkochen. Spätzle zum Gemüse geben und die Suppe zugedeckt bei schwacher Hitze ca. 10 Minuten garen.

2. Beutelinhalt Tomatensuppe Toscana einrühren und 1 Minute kochen lassen. Bei Bedarf Wasser nachgießen. Würstchen in Scheiben schneiden und in der Suppe heiß werden lassen.

3. Die Suppe mit wenig Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Mit gehackten Kräutern bestreuen und servieren.
