Ich konnte es mir mal wieder nicht verkneifen, eine kleine Spielerei einzubauen.
Hat ein User Geburtstag, so blinkt nun in seinen Beiträgen an seinem Geburtstag ein kleines Bildchen auf der linken Seite, wo ja immer einige Infos über den User stehen.
